We’re looking for 3 friendly, attractive, and energetic individuals to join our bar service team at [King The Land Bar & Lounge]!
Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar Service Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, skilled in beverage preparation, and dedicated to providing an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and comply with legal and responsible service requirements.
- Manage cash and electronic transactions using a POS system.
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experience.
Requirements:
- Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service.
