Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of billing experience in telecom/ISP; at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience with billing systems, CRM platforms, or telecom OSS/BSS systems.
  • Strong understanding of telecom/ISP billing workflows and revenue assurance.
  • Proficiency in CRM/Billing software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of taxation and invoicing standards.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail with high accuracy.
  • Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ethical, responsible, and customer-focused mindset.

Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end billing processes for prepaid, postpaid, corporate, and residential services.
  • Ensure timely generation and delivery of customer invoices.
  • Maintain billing schedules, plan updates, promotions, and pricing configurations in the billing system/CRM.
  • Ensure accuracy between CRM, billing platform, and network usage data.
  • Monitor and prevent revenue leakage by validating data from NOC, CRM, and accounting systems.
  • Reconcile service activations, cancellations, and adjustments with billing records.
  • Audit usage data, bandwidth consumption, leased line usage, and service changes to ensure complete billing.
  • Monitor customer balances, payments, and outstanding receivables.
  • Oversee payment posting, refunds, credit notes, and billing adjustments.
  • Coordinate with customer service teams to resolve billing inquiries and disputes.
  • Support the collection team with accurate billing information.
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure the billing system is accurate, updated, and synchronized with network systems.
  • Improve billing processes through automation and workflow optimization.
  • Support system migration, upgrades, and integration projects platforms.
  • Prepare monthly billing reports, revenue summary, churn reports, and outstanding balances.
  • Provide analysis on billing trends, customer usage patterns, and revenue performance.
  • Assist management by presenting insights for pricing, promotions, and service improvements.
  • Supervise the billing team, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and compliance with SOPs.
  • Train staff on billing procedures, systems, and customer handling.
  • Set performance targets and conduct performance evaluations.

 

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (alternate) & Sunday, Public Holidays
