Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Architectural, Civil & Structural, or related fields.
- Proficient in Revit with a minimum of 2 years’ practical experience, and skilled in using Navisworks and AutoCAD.
- At least 2 years’ experience of BIM modelling in construction firm of a large project; preferably on building projects; apartment project experience is an advantage.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in producing Shop Drawings, with experience collaborating with construction units being a plus.
- Experience working in Singapore or familiarity with Singapore construction standards is preferred.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); bilingual in Chinese and English is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and adaptability to an international working environment.
- Working from home half day on Saturday
Job Descriptions
- Develop detailed BIM models, collaborate closely with project teams, ensure model accuracy, and comply with relevant building standards; generate construction drawings as required.
- Prepare plans, sections, and detailed drawings using Autodesk Revit.
- Be familiar with BIM documentation and able to produce shop drawings directly from Revit models.
- Produce accurate, well-organized Revit (BIM) models and generate schedules, concrete body plans, combined services drawings, and other relevant shop drawings.
- Assist the BIM Manager, BIM Coordinators, and project team in creating, updating, and revising BIM models throughout the project lifecycle—from project start to as-built stage.
- Produce high-quality BIM models and shop drawings, ensuring timely submission.
- Create Revit families specific to project requirements.
- Perform other drafting-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Working Hour: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
