Job Requirements              

  • Any Graduated
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Sales (Tractor Spare Parts preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of Tractor Spare Parts and market dynamics

 

Job Description

  • Sales Targets ကို အဖွဲ့လိုက် အကောင်အထည်ဖော်နိုင်ဖို့အတွက် ဦးဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • လအလိုက် Spare Parts Sales Target ပြည့်ရန်အတွက် Plan များ Strategies များ ချမှတ်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • Market အသစ်/ Customers အသစ်များ ရှာဖွေရမည်။
  • Key Customer များကို စဥ်ဆက်မပျက် ထိမ်းသိမ်းနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Customer complaints, နှင့် feedback များကို နားထောင်ပြီး ဖြေရှင်းပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Monthly, quarterly, yearly sales targets ကို အခြေခံ၍ Sales Plan ရေးဆွဲခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
  • Sales Forecast, Performance Report များ senior management ထံတင်ပြရမည်။
