Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, branding, sales support, or retail
- Good knowledge of basic marketing and branding principles.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to assist in social media content creation and campaign execution.
- Basic design knowledge (Canva, Capcut & Al) is a plus.
- Data entry and reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work on weekends/public holidays during events or activations.
Job Descriptions
- Assist in the development and execution of brand campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, in-store).
- Support the implementation of consumer promotions and sampling activities.
- Coordinate visual merchandising & planogram compliance in retail outlets.
- Prepare marketing reports on campaign effectiveness, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Support planning of in-store activations, events, and sampling.
- Track promotion performance and report redemption rates, ROI, and sales uplift.
- Assist in managing POSM distribution (wobblers, standees, display racks).
- Assist in content planning for Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Monitor engagement, comments, and messages, escalating issues when needed.
- Support influencer collaborations (tracking posts, engagement reports).
- Collect data on competitor activities, pricing, and new launches.
- Assist in consumer surveys and feedback analysis.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure brand presence in GT & MT.
- Support agency coordination (design, printing, media).
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
