Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing or any equivalent alternative
- Passionate about brands and technology
- Should have experience in executing the brand activity
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in brand management in FMCG or beverages field
- Strong communication skills in English & Myanmar
- Proactive, honest and trustworthy
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Fully conversant with MS office applications
Job Descriptions
- Assist Country Brand Manager in full spectrum of business from order forecast to marketing to sales.
- Develop the annual marketing calendar, create Brand campaigns, activities, and promotions to increase brand awareness and brand engagement.
- Manage advertising and promotional budget and activities, including ATL and BTL marketing and PR activities.
- Monitor the progress of brand awareness and sales numbers.
- Liaise with principal, trade partners and media parties.
- Ensure sufficient selling stocks, testers, POS materials and samples for each promotion.
- Assist and support the Trade Marketing Team to plan all brand activities such as: In-store promotions, launches, animations, and consumer events to drive brand awareness and retail sales.
- Support on contractor and agency management including: getting quotations, briefing of agency/contractor/partners on specific brand needs follow up on the execution of the project.
- Prepare competitors and customers insights analysis and report it to the Country Brand Manager.
- Prepare Monthly activities report and share it with Marketing team and Management Team.
- Consolidates and safe keeps all documents related to the Brand/s
- Create a good relationship with the different support groups and third party partners.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
