Job Descriptions

Maintain strong relationships with dealers through regular visits, understanding their needs, and identifying new marketing opportunities.
Promote and strengthen the company’s existing brand in the market.
Lead and coordinate with the Agro Team and Sales Team to achieve sales targets.
Drive product launches and promotional campaigns across targeted regions.
Align seed sales strategies with grain market demand to maximize ROI and enhance customer loyalty.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing or sales; experience in the Agri sector is preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
Fluency in both Myanmar and English (spoken & written).
Flexible and willing to travel to various regions.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Sunday &Public Holidays
