Job Requirements

M.B., B.S, or B. Pharm or any medical-related degree.
2-year experience relevant with prefer position (or) 3–4-year experience as a product executive.
Good command of English.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Knowledge of Photoshop/Coral draw will be an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description/Key Roles & Responsibilities

Unit/Value Target Achievement of each brand allocated.
Ensure an increase of market share and brand growth as per plan.
Significant improvement in Rx for each brand allocated.
Annual Brand Plan Execution, including deliverables like cycle inputs etc.
KOL development & engagement with specific call visits.
Preparation & Timely execution of Brand plans/Monthly Inputs.
Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales,
advertising, and production. Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with manufacturing Department.
Measure on ROI as per plan.
Grow/Increase product market share by working with Marketing Manager, RBMs, ABMs to develop product sales strategies.
Competitive landscape analysis to device future strategies.
Close Co-ordination with Sales Team especially Managers.

Working Hour : 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Holiday : Sunday , Public Holidays
