Job Requirements
• Age must be 25 to 38 years old
• Any Graduate (Business Management Preferable)
• Good analytical skill, and able to response to results
• Ability to perform the tasks effectively Excellent interpersonal skills
• Leadership skills with Team Spirit
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in English and Myanmar
• Multicultural Awareness and Respectable Social Dealing
• Microsoft Office packages (expect- Advance Excel)
Job Responsibilities
• Updating daily sales and stock data for Retail, Wholesale, Online and Head office sales
• Analyzing current stock condition and arranging stock transfer among retail shops and wholesales
• Check sale and stock status and feedback and amend to accurate data
• Prepare monthly order sheet
• Update price label when the price change to related shops
• Verify and correct sale and stock, and selling price with shop staff and account department
• Response to tele inquiry and conduct as a contact person for stock inquiry
• Replenish stock to retail channel by daily demand from warehouse
• Control POP item (Display material, Shopping Box and Bags and GWP item) at store and warehouse
• Allocate POP item (Box, Bag) when goods received
• Prepare cash advance and claim voucher and local payments to external parties and HO sale
• Pay regular visit to all retail shops
• Prepare data for Online sales
• Report monthly sales and stock report to brand manager.
Working Hour: 8:30 AM -5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday ,Sunday & Public Holiday
