The Business Analyst is responsible for understanding business needs, gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and translating them into technical documentation for development teams. The BA acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.
Job Descriptions
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients/stakeholders
- Analyze business processes and identify gaps or improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain BRD, SRS/FRD, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
- Coordinate with developers and QA team to ensure requirement clarity.
- Support UAT preparation: test scenarios, UAT scripts, and validation.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
- Communicate project progress and changes to stakeholders.
- Assist project managers in scope management and prioritization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or project coordination (junior level).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, MS Office, Visio, Figma (optional but preferred).
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
