Job Requirement
- Any Bachelor degree or Master’s degree are more preferable
- Good communication skills in English and Burmese;
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership, preferably in automotive, renewable energy, mobility, or EV-related industries.
- Strong understanding of electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, mobility solutions, and energy transition trends.
- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and close high-value deals.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
- Experience working with government stakeholders or regulatory frameworks is an advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans for the company’s EV products and services.
- Identify and establish partnerships with EV manufacturers, charging infrastructure providers, government agencies, and strategic partners.
- Explore new market opportunities for EV distribution, fleet solutions, charging networks, and related services.
- Lead negotiations for major partnerships, supply agreements, and business collaborations.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor EV industry trends, policies, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to drive successful EV projects and market penetration.
- Develop business proposals, investment plans, and revenue models for EV initiatives.
- Build and lead a high-performing business development team.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alt), Sunday & Public Holidays
