Job Requirement
- Any Graduated & Preferred in Master Degree in Business Administration.
- 8–10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record in senior sales/business leadership roles.
- Experience in leading teams, managing partnerships, and closing high-value deals.
- Must be able to travel abroad.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Identify potential partnerships, alliances, and market opportunities.
- Lead deal negotiations and close business agreements.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to create growth strategies.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
- Set and track sales/revenue targets.
- Lead and manage the business development team.
- Analyze and forecast data.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sundays and Public Holidays
