Job Descriptions
- Provide support to the sales team, particularly in closing deals with potential clients.
- Handle various administrative duties, including record-keeping for vehicle replacements in corporate accounts.
- Assist with filing and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinate and arrange short trip requests.
- Manage vehicle and driver assignments for these trips.
- Actively seek out new customers through cold calls and office visits.
- Provide basic information about our services to potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with current customers.
- Periodically check in with customers, gather feedback, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Handle initial negotiations with potential clients.
- Coordinate vehicle replacements in the event of breakdowns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Resolve common customer issues.
- Escalate complex cases, including wheel tax, number plate issues, and vehicle breakdowns, for effective problem- solving.
- Handle minor accident cases and coordinate replacement unit arrangements.
- Assist in addressing new requirements and coordinating on-demand trips.
Working Hours: 9:00AM ~ 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
