Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development and/or tendering.
- Proven experience in managing the full tendering cycle, from preparation to submission and contract negotiation.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of government tendering processes and industry standards.
- Excellent command of the English language (4 Skills).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Descriptions
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with clients in the engineering and construction sectors.
- Support the preparation and submission of tender proposals, working closely with the project team to gather necessary information.
- Help manage and track the progress of submitted tenders and follow up with clients as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, legal, finance) to ensure tender documents are complete and accurate.
- Assist in developing basic pricing strategies and ensuring tenders meet client requirements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to help inform business development strategies.
- Provide regular updates on tender status and new opportunities to management.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
