Job Descriptions

Growth Strategy: Define and execute business growth plans, identify market opportunities, and adapt to EV policies and industry trends.
Revenue & Partnerships: Drive new revenue streams, secure corporate and fleet contracts, and manage end-to-end deal execution.
Business Planning: Develop proposals, financial models, and ROI assessments to support expansion and partnerships while maintaining accurate deal pipelines using CRM tools.
Leadership: Lead and mentor a small BD team; align with operations, marketing, and product teams to deliver market fit.
Reporting: Track KPIs on pipeline, revenue, and partnerships; provide strategic insights to senior leadership.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of business development, commercial strategy, or sales experience. Preferably in mobility, transportation, or technology-driven platforms.
Demonstrated ability to close high-value partnerships with corporates, government, or industry stakeholders.
Strong financial acumen with experience in building business cases and investment models.
Track record in launching or scaling new ventures, especially in technology or ride-hailing platforms, is highly desirable.
Innovative mindset with strong initiative and resilience.
Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong relationship builder, credible with corporate, government, and technical stakeholders.

Working Hours: 8.30 AM -5.30 PM. 1 hour break for lunch.
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
