Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in the FMCG or edible oil industry.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Burmese; English proficiency is an advantage.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel extensively for market visits and client meetings.
  • Adaptability to the dynamic nature of a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in GT, MT, Horeca and WS sectors.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess customer needs and promote products.
  • Research market and also pitch new customers for all channels to align with the target.
  • Prepare sales target and implement to drive team members and business.

Brand Promotion:

  • Implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events and sales blitzes in wet market or else.
  • Handle branding in offline and online activities eg. Facebook, tiktok,etc
  • Manage inventory and align with manufacturing and sourcing to be the smooth process

Customer Relationship & Team Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and address their inquiries promptly.
  • Gather feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage team and support team members for business and personal growth.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    Prepare and submit regular sales reports, operation reports including market analysis and competitor activities to track and align with sales & operation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for business growth.

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
