Job Requirement:
- Work Experience: 5 years working experience in FMCG and Distributor Management (DP), canned milk experience is advantaged
- Able to travel.
- Education: Bachelor Degree, MBA preferred
- Other Skills: Analytical skill, Interpersonal skill, Presentation and negotiation skill
- Good communication in English 4skills.
The Role is responsible for:
- Coordinate with Distributer sales’ sales team in assigned by channel or territory to grow the business and achieve the sales.
- Drive for effective sales and distribution program in the channel and territories assigned to achieve the sales and distribution KPIs.
- Build the strong relationship with key customers in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building the relation with the sub-distributors and key customers in the channel and area assigned as per mechanic and campaign deployed.
- Assist the partners/sub-distributors to sell the products more in the market in their area.
- Assist the partners/sub-distributors to monitor stock on the stock weighted, SKUs selling and FIFO.
- Implementing a local Modern Trade sales strategy.
- Preparing volume forecasts and plans.
- Building the strategic outlets/channel in the assigned areas and assisting sub-distributors to drive sales and activities in the strategic outlets.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
