Job Descriptions

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and support company growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs.
  • Develop detailed operational plans to ensure smooth implementation of services, including staffing, logistics, and process workflows.
  • Prepare business plans, proposals, and presentations for potential partners.
  • Create marketing plans and strategies to promote services and engage customers across digital and offline channels.
  • Draft financial plans to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and ensure profitability of new and existing services.
  • Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with clinics, insurance companies, and other agencies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Design contingency plans to address operational challenges, service interruptions, and risk management.
  • Oversee the setup of new clinic operations, including space acquisition, service launch, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage licensing and regulatory compliance for the company’s operations.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of telemedicine, home care, and lab services.
  • Track leads, manage client relationships, and analyze data to improve decision-making.
  • Develop partnership plans to onboard new clinics, agencies, and corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial collaboration.
  • Manage the implementation and success of new service rollouts and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of new service launches and partnerships.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for business development and operational activities.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on business and marketing performance, and operational activities to management.
  • Address customer feedback and resolve issues to improve service quality and client satisfaction.

 

Job Requirements

  • A medical background (e.g., MBBS or other medical related degrees)
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is highly advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in healthcare industries.
  • Strong negotiation and partnership-building abilities.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare services and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, and presentation skills in both English and Myanmar.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media management platforms is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and licensing and industry trends in Myanmar is a plus.
  • Digital marketing skills is an added advantage.

 

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
