Job Requirements

Must have a bachelor’s degree.
Must have working experience and knowledge for at least 2-3 years in export/import, logistics and freight forwarding industry as Manager or Assistant Manager position.
Experience with custom clearance process is an advantage.
Prefer experience with shipping Line operation.
Must be able to travel local and aboard upon necessary.
Good command in English.
Proficient Computer skills.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Age under 40.
To be able to meet with clients and senior management outside of office hours upon necessary.

Job Descriptions

Develop and implement marketing strategies to derive business growth.
Monitoring and analyzing market conditions and customer preferences.
Try to achieve monthly and annual sale targets.
Support and collaborate with customer service team for documentation handling process.
Negotiate the quotes with the customers.
Research and meet with new clients, developing and maintaining relationships for the new business opportunities.
Any other tasks assigned by the senior management team upon necessary.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
