Job Descriptions

Conduct market research to identify potential international markets and assess market trends, competitive landscape and regulatory environment
Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnership and alliances
To make a strategy and plan for the sale, marketing, and also manage the business of our company.
To be responsible for the sales and marketing activities of all products of the company, which include medical devices, OTC, ETC, and food supplements.
To lead, implement, and manage business projects of the company.
To ensure project realization is in accordance with the set timeline, budget, and quality by leading, planning, coordinating, and ensuring implementation of planned procedures and project schedules that always meet safety, quality, profitability, and company interests.
To build all initiatives and growth strategies undertaken by the company; establish, review, and update all procedures for sales, project execution, and implementations.
Cooperate with international branches and provide leadership in business developing

Sales and Marketing

To undertake and perform sales & marketing activities, focusing on achieving sales targets for products and services assigned.
To ensure effective project design, costing, and the preparation of project proposals.
To ensure timely and efficient completion of projects and timely billing and collection for the projects.

Project Execution

To ensure project realization is in accordance with the set timeline, budget, and quality by leading, planning, procedures, and project schedules that always meet the safety, quality, profitability, and company’s interests in any laboratory.


Medical Field Related Graduate (preferable MBBS, B-pharm).
More than 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical field.
Possess strong business acumen with a focus on achieving target, management and good analytical mind.
Must be able to drive and motivate team members
Good written and spoken English languages
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Must be methodical, logical and organized, proactive, focused and dedicated in achieving company’s goals and objectives
Must be able to trouble shoot problems face by any case.
Possess high level of integrity and charismatic personality with a wide network of contacts
Good track record of achieving sales target
Willing to travel as and when required.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
