Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the disinfecting products, health and safety, or similar industries.
- Proven track record of generating revenue, managing partnerships, and achieving sales targets.
- Experience with both B2B and B2C sales models.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the disinfecting product market, industry regulations, and emerging trends is a plus.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve business challenges.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and partners at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

Job Descriptions
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in key markets, including healthcare, hospitality, retail, education, and more.
- Generate leads through networking, attending industry events, cold calling, and other methods of outreach.
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers in businesses and organization that require disinfecting solutions.
- Develop and manage a network of sales agents, partners, and resellers to drive product adoption in various markets.
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing and operation team to track leads, manage customer relationships, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Address any concerns or feedback from customers to improve products and services.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to the management team regarding market trends, customer needs, and business performance.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, presentations, and other documents to track progress and achievements.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and adjust strategies to ensure sales objectives are met.
- Become an expert in the features, benefits, and applications of products.
- Train and support new business partners, distributors, and internal sales teams on product offerings and sales techniques.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, certifications, and trends related to disinfecting and hygiene products.
- Represent at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness and expand business opportunities.
- Promote the company’s brand and mission, ensuring that it resonates with target audiences and aligns with customer values.
- Maintain a strong presence on social media and digital platforms, engaging with potential customers and industry influencers.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
