Responsibilities and Duties
• Supervise and guide sales staff engaged in online sales operations, order processing, inventory handling, and cash reconciliation.
• Monitor daily sales activities to ensure high-quality customer service and accurate order fulfillment.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by coordinating stock monitoring, reporting discrepancies, and maintaining proper documentation.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts, online payments, and transaction records to ensure financial accuracy.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with the corporate marketing team to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
• Ensure all operations comply with company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
• Motivate and develop team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Job Requirements
• Any graduate, prefer Bachelor’s degree in, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum (2–3) years of experience in sales and e-commerce supervision.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of online sales platforms and digital customer service practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Working Hour: 8:30 AM -5:30 PM
Off Day: Saturday, Sunday and Gazette Holidays.
