Responsibilities

  • Support Call Center Team Leader to explore data resources in order to get leads.
  • Call leads and potential customers and follow scripts in order to get appointments.
  • Updates CRM based on results of calls.
  • Responsible to get individual targets (daily calls and appointments).

Job Requirements

  • Must have a degree from any university.
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of customer service and sales principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications, good data entry and typing skills (both English & Myanmar).
  • At least 1 years of working experience in contact center is required for this position.
  • Insurance & Finance, Telecom experience is an advantage.
  • Must be proficient in English.

 

Working Hours: 8:30AM ~ 5:00PM

Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
