Job Descriptions
- Knowledge of call center telephony and technology.
- At least 3 years of working experience in contact center is required for this position.
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
- Insurance & Finance, Telecom experience is an advantage.
- Must be proficient in English.
- Great attention to details.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to explore and exploit and data sources in order to get leads.
- Responsible to manage the call center effectively and efficiently to ensure that call center associates always have a list of numbers to call every day and have effective scripts to maximize sales.
- Liaise with the Regional Sales Team Leaders to ensure leads and appointments info sharing.
- Responsible to hit appointment targets as well as assigned sales targets, renewal targets and cross-selling and upselling targets (together with Regional Sales Team Leaders).
- Responsible to keep the CRM updated and to share CRM data with other functions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, or in a related field preferred.
- Have experiences managing and directing a call center team.
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of customer service and sales principles and practices.
Working Hours: 8:30AM ~ 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
