Job Requirements
- Must have bachelor’s degree and prefer Diploma in related field (Accounting, Finance, and Business).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Cashier or Office Cashier.
- Proven experience in accounting and cash handling process.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Knowledge of safety and security guidelines.
Job Descriptions
- Perform cash counting and handling process proficiently and accurately.
- Handle various receipt and payment methods, including credit/ debit cards, bank transfers, and other forms of payment.
- Manage all cheque related transactions and external banking operations at bank.
- Record all cash inflows and outflows accurately in cash book ledger as well as in Odoo Software.
- Reconcile cash and bank transactions on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Meet the reporting deadline for monthly closing.
- Maintain and support proper documentation for all transactions.
- Follow company policies and internal control procedures for cash handling and refunds.
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and reliability to following financial procedures.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM
Holidays Saturday (Half), Sunday and Public Holidays
