Job Requirements

  • Must have bachelor’s degree and prefer Diploma in related field (Accounting, Finance, and Business).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Cashier or Office Cashier.
  • Proven experience in accounting and cash handling process.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Knowledge of safety and security guidelines.

 

Job Descriptions

  • Perform cash counting and handling process proficiently and accurately.
  • Handle various receipt and payment methods, including credit/ debit cards, bank transfers, and other forms of payment.
  • Manage all cheque related transactions and external banking operations at bank.
  • Record all cash inflows and outflows accurately in cash book ledger as well as in Odoo Software.
  • Reconcile cash and bank transactions on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Meet the reporting deadline for monthly closing.
  • Maintain and support proper documentation for all transactions.
  • Follow company policies and internal control procedures for cash handling and refunds.
  • Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and reliability to following financial procedures.

 

Working Hours: 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM

Holidays Saturday (Half), Sunday and Public Holidays
