Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate, Diploma/ Certificate in Accounting are preferred
  • Working experience in related field, as a cashier or in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of how cash registers operate.
  • Familiarity basic knowledge of Accounting
  • Excellence in Microsoft Excel & Word, PC knowledge
  • Good at English Language, organization skill are preferred
  • Good math skills
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented
  • Available to take evening and weekend shifts occasionally.

Job Descriptions

  • Collect daily cash from marketing, sales & Lease management department whether in cash or credit.
  • Prepare payment voucher, receipt voucher, advance claim, cheque & other documents with sufficient supporting documents.
  • Check and entry transactions daily cash receive & payment using cash book registers, excel
  • Keeping track of all cash and credit transactions, To make banking process related to cash in/out
  • Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
  • Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets, redeem stamps and coupons (if any).
  • Checking Income/Expense Transaction and matching with Supporting Documents, Vouchers for every transaction (Cash, Bank, Cheque, etc)
  • Checking Advance and Claim to make sure that the supporting documents and vouchers are submitted properly or not in accordance with the company’s policy
  • Entry Daily Advance and Claim in Advance Register
  • Scan and Filing the vouchers dealing for all payments & receive documents
  • Issue Monthly/Yearly Bank Statements for all companies’ bank account
  • Update, record and process daily cash in, cash out and cash balances on the cash register
  • Prepare and process payment vouchers, cash advance vouchers and cash received vouchers and forward for management approval sign
  • Attend to all banking related functions and make visits to complete transactions such as bank transfers, cash withdrawal and deposit, collection of cheques books, etc. (If any)
  • Send scan copies for material payments & receipt to HO & FM.
  • Prepare daily cash report and checking with the Finance Manager for Daily Cash in Hand
  • Performing any other job tasks which assigned by HO & FM

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays : Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
