Job Requirements
• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree holder or a minimum of 10th Standard passed
• LCCI Level 1, 2
• Minimum (1) Year of experience
• Ability to handle transaction accurately and responsibility
• Preference will be given to those who can work long-term
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with software
Job Description
• Prepare daily expenses voucher and receipt voucher
• Process daily expenses check with Odoo as well as advance requestion
• Checking documents before payment release for job number sign completion
• Proceed banking transaction
• Daily transaction record in excel, Odoo data entry for expenses, advance and clearance
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays:Sunday & Public Holiday
