Job Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Finance, shall pass LCCI level 2;
• Minimum 2 years of cashier experience;
• Understanding of data privacy standards;
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly;
Job Descriptions
• Check and prepare payment by payment voucher received from suppliers and update at Cash Book;
• Prepare cheque payment;
• Do settlement of Credit Note & Debit Note via System;
• Daily reimburse settlement and advance payment on timely basis;
• Count money in safe box daily to ensure the amounts are correct;
• Check shipment volume list with operation management;
• Report and rectify discrepancy immediately. Seek approval for transaction, such as refund, voids and cash drawer reconciliations
• Handle duties as assigned;
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
Benefits: Meal allowance + Transportation allowance will be provided
