Job Descriptions
- Perform and ensure timely monthly closing of the financial report. (Construction & Machine Rental Business)
- Prepare and analyze import data, Fixed Assets Statement, and Inventory, etc.
- Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and then prepare financial reports and other reports for multiple affiliates
- Advise Management when needed.
- Check that ensures accurate and timely month-end closing (General ledger, AP, AR, Accruals, Prepaid, Inventory & Adjusting journal entries, etc.) for the monthly financial report.
- Responsible for the overall finance & accounting dept. of the Unit.
- Manage and supervise day-to-day financial operations.
- Monitor and control all financial data related to ensuring compliance with requirements and regulations.
- Supervise the accurate preparation and recording of asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries.
- Review daily cash performance (collection, cash receipt, payment, bank remittance/receipt)
- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and work closely with the operations teams in analyzing variances, and then review and approve payment vouchers.
- Financial review and evaluation of the payments to suppliers and receipts from customers
- Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
- Perform allocation, capital investment & profit ratio calculation.
- Liaise and communicate with third parties when necessary, such as government authorities, tax officer,s and external auditors.
- Prepare an Ad hoc report when needed if tasks are assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- CPA (or) Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Must complete in ACCA (Part-1,2), Dip.IFR, LCCI (Level_3), and Advanced Excel.
- Must be above 35 years of age
- Must have about 5 years of working experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting, and legislation.
- More prefer construction experience and can travel
- Ability to accurately work under pressure in meeting deadlines.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft packages and accounting software
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday, Public Holidays
