Job Descriptions

Overview Daily Accounting Operations
Review and Check General Ledger and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Prepare Monthly, Yearly Financial Statement Report and Directly Report to MD.
Provide financial forecasts and identify potential risks or Opportunities.
Supervise the Accounting Department and if necessary, to create better accounting format.
Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Assign tasks, evaluate performance and manage team workloads effectively.
Liaise with other departments to support cross-functional financial initiatives.
Provide financial advice to aid in business strategy development.
If necessary, other leadership roles must also be undertaken.
Must be able to work under pressure.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related filed
Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are highly desirable.
Minimum of 10 Years of experience in accounting of finance with at least 5 years in a Leadership role. (more prefer Manufacturing experience)
Familiarity with Accounting Software and advanced Excel skills (more prefer Power BI)
Ability to prepare and analyze complex financial statements.
Strong decision, making and problem, solving skills.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity, ethics and attention to confidentiality.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
