Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• More preferred possess a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in management.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a CPA in a corporate setting.
• Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases.
• Expertise working with Quickbooks and financial statement.
• Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details.
• Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude for numbers.
• Outstanding communication skill, written and verbal
• Excellent Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding phone and email etiquette.
• Able to motivate the team and lead
• Solving skill, follow up skill, analysis skill & negotiation skill.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Ability to meet deadline.
• Good coaching skill to related team members.
• Good understanding of Myanmar Tax system.
Job Discretions
• Performing financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
• Performing month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
• Coordinating with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
• Generating financial reports and statements to Management for review.
• Analyzing financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
• Monitoring expenditures, analyzing revenues and determining budget variances and reporting the same to management.
• Responding to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
• Providing guidance to other Accountants when needed.
• Assisting in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
• Assisting in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
• Monitoring and recording financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Provide guidance on tax planning.
Working Hours: 8:30AM t0 4:30PM
Holidays: Sunday & Gazette Holidays
