Job Requirements
- A proven track record as a Chief Accountant or in a senior financial management role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Myanmar financial regulations and tax laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to team development and management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Job Descriptions
- Financial Strategy & Planning: Lead the company’s financial planning and analysis, developing strategies that align with Mega Z’s long-term goals.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring all departments stay aligned with financial goals.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, laws, and tax regulations. Lead internal and external audits with precision.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure financial stability and liquidity.
- Cost Control: Identify and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize operational efficiency without compromising quality.
- Payroll & Taxation: Oversee payroll operations and tax filings, ensuring all statutory requirements are met accurately and on time.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Working Hours: 10 Hours per day
Holidays: 4 days per month
