Job Requirements

Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance with 4-5 years of experience in an industrial business.
Liquour industry experience is preferred.
Relevant Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CFA, CIMA) will be preferred
Extensive knowledge about Cost Accounting, Accounts Payable procedures, IFRS and MIFRS

Job Description

Responsible for ensuring accurate product pricing, monitoring and managing stock levels to optimize inventory turnover, conducting regular inventory reconciliations and cost analysis to maintain accurate cost records, implementing cost control measures to enhance profitability, and collaborating with production teams to streamline costing processes and improve efficiency.
Reconcile accounts, post journal entries, and maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with accounting principles and reporting schedules so that the organization has a full and accurate statement of its financial position.
Responsible for the procurement of raw materials and ensuring their timely delivery according to production requirements.
Coordinate independent audits and prepare necessary schedules and Work closely with auditors for annual audit.
Schedule monthly tax payments and manage tax-related matters
Prepare of the monthly and annual financial reports and assist in developing annual budget.
Assist procurement processes and Perform any other duties as assigned by Finance Manager as they arise.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
