Job Requirements
- Over 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading a team, implementing SOPs, and building accounting processes.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel modeling and accounting systems.
- Deep understanding of taxation, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Check and verify import shipment costing calculations.
- CPA (Full) or ACCA Finalist preferred.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Job Description
- Lead and supervise the full accounting team.
- Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal controls.
- Create and oversee accounting models in Excel and ensure system flexibility.
- Monitor budget planning, forecasting, and overall financial health.
- Ensure timely reporting, audits, and tax submissions.
- Report directly to CEO and COO on financial matters.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments for efficient reporting and decision-making.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
