Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience; 3+ years in a senior/lead role.
  • Experience in telecom/ISP industry is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Description

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Ensure timely closing of accounts and accuracy of financial records.
  • Monitor revenue recognition for subscription-based services in line with accounting standards.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
  • Oversee billing processes for internet plans, leased lines, corporate packages, and value-added services.
  • Ensure accuracy of customer invoices and reconciliation with NOC/CRM systems.
  • Monitor receivables, follow up on overdue payments, and coordinate with the Sales/Customer Service team.
  • Manage revenue leakage controls and ensure proper recording of activation, cancellation, and adjustments.
  • Track network operating expenses, installation costs, bandwidth costs, and infrastructure expenses.
  • Perform cost allocation for different service types by products (FTTH, DIA, corporate internet, data center, etc.).
  • Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws (commercial tax, withholding tax, corporate income tax, SSB, etc.).
  • Prepare and submit tax returns accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with auditors, regulatory bodies, and government authorities.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls for cash, inventory, and asset management.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for accounting and financial workflows.
  • Lead internal and external audit processes and ensure proper documentation.
  • Supervise and guide the accounting team.
  • Provide training on financial policies, accounting systems, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure timely task completion.
  • Work with IT and NOC teams to integrate CRM, billing, and accounting systems.
  • Improve automation for billing, collections, and reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy across ERP, CRM, and network monitoring platforms.
  • High integrity and ethical standards.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate.
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, NOC, IT, HR, Admin).

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
