Job Requirements

  • Myanmar nationality is preferable.
  • B.E. Electrical or Mechanical.
  • Master or advance diploma in urban architecture or urban environment is advantage.
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience with strong evidence and track records of high-rise building management, operations and maintenance (O&M), M&E systems and facilities management. Overseas experience is advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety and able to conduct emergency drills.
  • Excellent leadership, good command of English communication skills, both written and spoken and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects and priorities effectively
  • Microsoft Office and AutoCAD skills

Job Descriptions

  • Manage the daily operations of the facility’s engineering functions.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and systems.
  • Supervise and lead the engineering team, including technicians and contractors.
  • Ensure and supervise daily SERVICES to the PERSONNEL in comply with all the COMPANY SSHE procedures and requirements.
  • Ensure that the PERSONNEL will deliver consistent with service level agreement (SLA) and quality of SERVICES (FM PERSONNEL, Security PERSONNEL, and Housekeeping PERSONNEL).
  • Prepare and conduct emergency drills and support Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in accordance with the COMPANY procedure and local legislation.
  • Coordinate with other departments for maintenance schedules to minimum disruption.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of equipment, inspection, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required by the COMPANY.
  • Responsible for other assignments assigned by the COMPANY.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
