Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Bachelor in B,Com or ACCA Part II or CPA.
- At least 10-20 years in finance field.
- Experience CFO position at least 2 years,
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role within a group of companies.
- Strong financial acumen and a track record of strategic financial planning and execution.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Merger and acquisition experience is a plus.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Working Hours: 8:30 A.M to 5:30 P.M.
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays.
