Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Chinese language major preferred but not mandatory).
- HSK Level 4 or above is preferred.
- Strong Chinese speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Good communication in Myanmar and/or English.
- Good computer literacy: MS Excel, Word. Email.
- Ability to use communication platforms: WeChat, WhatsApp.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in translation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to travel to garment factories when needed.
Job Descriptions
- Translate garment inspection instructions, specifications, and reports between Chinese shippers and Myanmar teams.
- Provide verbal interpretation during inspections, meetings, and factory visits.
- Assist the QC team in preparing and submitting daily and weekly reports.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of all technical terminology used in garment inspection.
- Clearly communicate Chinese shippers’ inquiries and instructions to inspectors and factories.
- Accompany inspectors to factories when required.
- Maintain and organize translated documents and files.
- Provide weekly updates and communication summaries to the QC Manager.
Working Hours: 8:00AM ~ 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday(Half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
