- Client နှင့် တွေ့ဆုံခြင်း ။
- Design & Budget ဆွေးနွေးခြင်း ။
- Site Survey ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း ။
- ခန့်မှန်းကုန်ကျစရိတ်တွက်ချက်ခြင်း ။
- စျေးကွက်အတွင်းရှိ လုပ်ငန်း သုံး ပစ္စည်းများ စျေးနှုန်း စုံစမ်းခြင်း ။
- Actual ကုန်ကျစရိတ် တွက်ချက်ခြင်း ။
- အိမ်ရှင်ထံ Quotation တင်ခြင်း ။
- အိမ်ရှင်ထံ အပ်နှံသော လုပ်ငန်းနှင့်ပတ်သတ်၍ အသုံးပြုထားသော ပစ္စည်းအမျိုးအစားများ၏ Quality နှင့် စျေးနှုန်းကွာဟမှု့များ ရှင်းပြခြင်း ။ ဆွေးနွေးခြင်း ။
- လုပ်ငန်းအပ်နှံသည်အထိ Rev Quotation ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း ။
- အိမ်ရှင်မှလုပ်ငန်းအပ်နှံလျှင် Payment ကိစ္စများ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန် Account Team နှင့်ချိတ်ဆက်ပေးခြင်း။
- Payment ကိစ္စအဆင်ပြေလျှင် အိမ်ရှင်အပ်နှံသော လုပ်ငန်းများတွင်ပါဝင်သော ပစ္စည်းများ ဝယ်ယူရန် ငွေတောင်းကြိုတင်ခြင်း ။
- ဝယ်ယူမည့်ဆိုင်များ၏ Payment ( Banking or Cash ) ကိစ္စများအား Cashier နှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ပေးခြင်း ။
- လုပ်ငန်းစတင်ရန် လုပ်ငန်းလုပ်ကွက်များ အား Supervisor များ ရှင်းပြခြင်း ။
- လုပ်ငန်းစတင်ရန် လိုအပ်သည့်ပစ္စည်းများ တွက်ချက်၍ ပစ္စည်းချပေးခြင်း ၊ ကားလမ်းကြောင်းတောင်းခြင်း ၊ Supervisor များနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ခြင်း ။
- လုပ်ငန်းအမျိူးအစားပေါ်မူတည်၍ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Contractor များနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ခြင်း ။
- Contractor များအား လုပ်ငန်းပြီးစီးမှု့ပေါ်မူတည်၍ Bill ရေးပေးခြင်း ၊ Bill ပေးခြင်း ကိစ္စများအား Cashier နှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ပေးခြင်း ။
- Factory Production Team နှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်၍ လိုအပ်သည်များ ညွန်ကြားခြင်း ၊ စီစဥ်ပေးခြင်း ၊ meeting ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း ။
- site တွင်းဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသော Complain များဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်း။
- အိမ်ရှင်ထံ လုပ်ငန်းအပ်နှံခြင်း ။
- Page မှ ဆက်သွယ်လာသော Online Customer များ၏ စုံစမ်းမှု့များအား Phone ဆက်၍ ဆက်သွယ်ဖြေကြားပေးခြင်း ၊ တွက်ချက်မှုပြုလုပ်ပေးခြင်း။
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience with Interior Decoration field.
- Proficient in Auto CAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays Off
