Job Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineer
- At least 7 years of experience in civil work of oversea substation construction project.
- Fluent in English (Speaking / Writing)
- Proficiency in MS office / excel
- Preferred Myanmar Civil / BLDG knowledge and Practice
- Preferred Substation Project Experience
- Preferred social networking
- Strong Loyalty for Company
- Once hired, Starting a work immediately
Job Description
- Submission of weekly progress reports for both sites
- Tracking of daily progress / weekly progress to report
- Checking and submission of two week schedule to main contractor (Cad operator helped me to prepare TWS)
- Checking IPA submitted by subcontractor & Preparation of interim payment certificate for sub-contractor
- Request quotation for material / service locally & internationally
- Preparation of price comparison between suppliers
- Preparation of MPR / LPO
- Drafting & issuance of official letter to main contractor / sub-contractor
- Checking variation order quantity wise and cost wise submitted by sub-contractor
- Internal co-ordination / negotiation
- Co-ordination with Main contractor
- Co-ordination / negotiation between Employer and contractors
- Reporting / preparation of brief MOM with Employer
- Follow up for technical document submission / import license / material inspection
- Obtaining Employer signatures for Main contractor’s schedule 4 invoice, preparation for smooth process of getting signatures such as answering Employers’ questions regarding progress, explaining to Employer for their better understanding, preparation of progress layout drawings for Employer
- Assisting Employers for their request / support such as to share progress photos, to prepare progress report as per their preferred way.
Working Hours: 8:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M.
Holidays: Half of Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
