Job Description

  • Review and analyze the site drawing (site plan, elevations and dimensions etc.)
  • Manage site progress of the whole project team as per the project schedule to meet the deadline
  • Able to calculate material demand, Bar Bending Schedule
  • Report daily progress to Head Office
  • Site Planning & Scheduling
  • Provide the technical advice site labours and sub-contractor.
  • Preparing the site material usage and balance on the site.

 

Job Requirement

  • BE (Civil)
  • Good Site Management
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Minimum 5 years Under of relevant experience in managing of construction project
  • Must be Excellent in Skeleton Work
  • Those Interested in interior Design
  • Auto CAD 2D, 3D

 

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Holidays: Saturday (9:30 AM to 1:30 PM), Sunday & Public Holidays
