 Job Descriptions

 Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead a team of CMS and Moodle developers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
  • Assign tasks, review code, and ensure best practices in development.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, designers, and project managers to align development with business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.

 

CMS & Moodle Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain CMS-based applications (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, or Magento) and Moodle-based LMS solutions.
  • Customize themes, plugins, and modules for CMS platforms and Moodle.
  • Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of CMS and Moodle systems.
  • Develop API integrations, third-party services, and SSO (Single Sign-On) solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

 

Code Quality & Best Practices

  • Enforce coding standards, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Optimize CMS and Moodle systems for performance and security.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility, SEO, and mobile responsiveness standards.

 

Project Management & Deployment

  • Plan and estimate development tasks for CMS and Moodle projects.
  • Document technical specifications and workflows.
  • Manage deployments, upgrades, and system migrations. 

 

Job Requirements

Technical Skills

  • CMS Expertise: Strong experience with WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, or Magento.
  • Moodle Expertise: Experience in Moodle customization, plugin development, and LMS integration.
  • Programming Languages: PHP, JavaScript (React/Vue.js preferred), HTML, CSS.
  • Database Management: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
  • API & Integrations: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, third-party integrations, and SSO.
  • Performance Optimization: Caching, load balancing, database optimization.
  • Security Best Practices: Knowledge of OWASP principles, secure coding.
  • Cloud & Server Management: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Digital Ocean, or Moodle hosting environments.

 Experience & Education

  • 5+ years of CMS and Moodle development experience.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or senior development role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in delivering CMS and Moodle-based projects.

 

 Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM

Holidays:  Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
