Job Requirements

Must be have over (5) years’ experience in Petroleum Business, Import, Trading Field or Banking Sector
Any graduate with related Certificate and Diploma.
Proficient of English & Burmese
Must be perfect of Market Analytical Skills, Negotiate Skills, Communication Skills, Reporting Skills.
Experience in B2B of Petroleum Import Business Field.

Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and market expansion goals.
Identify and engage potential clients in the petroleum import sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
Drive sales growth through targeted campaigns, lead generation, and strategic business development.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Set clear performance goals and metrics for the sales team.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service
Develop strategies to improve client retention and maximize lifetime value.
Work closely with other departments, including operations, logistics, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
Collaborate with Business Development teams to develop to the petroleum import market.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to MD.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sat(half) , Sunday & Public Holiday
