Job Descriptions
- Prepare/Review Method statement
- Prepare/Review Construction Sequence and Method
- Prepare/Report Quality Control Documents
- Follow up Master schedule and prepare two weeks look ahead plan for materials and manpower
- Follow project objective/scope/safety/quality
- Manage Project Engineer/Site Engineer to assign their work scope and responsibilities
- Prepare revised schedule to catch up progress
- Involve design coordination in between C&S, Archi and MEP.
- Incoming materials testing and inspection for fit out
- Alert delay items to monitor stay on track of progress, quality, safety and end user’s
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of local and international construction code of practice (C&S, Archi, MEP and infrastructure)
- Monitor daily report and weekly report
- Prepare monthly report for progress and quality control
- Supervise all construction trade as per approved drawing, specification
- Coordinate on site matters to finish progress on time
- Chair daily site progress meeting with contractors
- Responsible for wastage control of materials and manpower
- Prepare as built drawing to handover
- Verify and check claim process with QS team
- Perform duties which assigned by Management
- Coordinate stake holder such as authority, client, consultant, contractor and supplier
- Advise the Project Manager & any key site personnel of any major slippages in the works particularly those affecting key interim milestones.
- Suggest ways to recover from delays in the project & ways to accelerate if required
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: One day per week
