Job Requirements
- Any Graduated
- 1–3 years of experience in digital content creation or social media marketing.
- Solid understanding of Myanmar’s digital media landscape and audience behavior.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or similar tools
- Familiar with video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Strong copywriting skills in both Burmese and English
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio of previous content work is a plus.
Job Descriptions
- Develop creative content for Facebook, TikTok, Viber, and other platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan monthly content calendars and campaign ideas
- Create engaging visual assets (graphics, reels, TikToks, stories) using design and editing tools
- Write catchy captions in both English and Burmese, aligned with brand voice
- Coordinate with photographers or production teams for shoot requirements
- Manage posting schedules and monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, etc.)
- Monitor social channels, engage with audience comments/messages, and build community
- Prepare monthly performance reports with content insights and improvement suggestions
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
