Position Summary:

  • The role involves building and nurturing long-term relationships with corporate clients to deliver customized life insurance solutions aligned with their business objectives.
  • The position requires achieving assigned monthly sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic client engagement.
  • The role also includes conducting market research, staying informed on industry trends, coordinating with internal teams, and regularly reporting performance metrics to senior management.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide customized insurance solutions based on client needs and business goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with corporate clients.
  • Must achieve Monthly Sales Target that assigned by management Team.
  • Drive revenue growth by promoting life insurance products and services.
  • Conduct market research to understand client trends and competitor strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry changes, regulations, and emerging opportunities.
  • Coordinate with all relevant departments to meet team’s goal and instructions.
  • Monitor sales reports and performance analysis for the clients.
  • Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports and summit to senior Levels.
  • Ad-Hoc assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven 3 years experience in corporate sales, client relationship management, or insurance sales.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and financial planning concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage corporate clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Target-driven with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify market opportunities and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills, with proficiency in preparing sales reports and performance analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and follow managerial directions.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel, if required, for client meetings or business development activities
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to handle ad-hoc tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
