Job Description
- Appoint, schedule, attend meetings, and interpret English to Myanmar, vice versa at meetings. Take comprehensive
- meeting notes, prepare detailed minutes, create agendas, and ensure follow-up on any outstanding action items from meetings.
- Coordinate & follow up with CEO and functional heads for timely completion of actionable items.
- Familiarity with government office procedures and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive business information.
- To carry out ad-hoc tasks and or project work assigned by CEO.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree, certification in secretarial work, or related training.
- At least 2 to 3 years of work experience as corporate secretary, or corporate personal assistant.
- Fluency in both English and Myanmar, written and verbal communications, knowledge of specific subjects, interpersonal communications, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, relationship-building skills, and the ability to collaborate with CEO and Government Sectors.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
