- Job Requirement
- Evaluate loan applications and verify Customer information.
- Conduct interviews with loan applicants to assess financial status.
- Determine appropriate loan amounts based on client capacity.
- Monitor repayment schedules and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan performance.
- Ensure 100% responsibility for customer repayment tracking.
- Collaborate with Operation Manager and perform assigned duties.
Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Prior experience in microfinance or credit assessment is preferred.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
- Familiarity with local financial regulations and practices.
Working Hours:8;30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
