Job Descriptions
- Handle customer inquiries related to freight forwarding services (air, sea, and land).
- Prepare and verify export documents such as SI (Shipping Instructions), BL Draft & Final BL, Pre/Post-shipment documents.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and documentation teams to ensure timely shipments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics customer service.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
