Job Requirements

Preferably 1–2 years of experience in Pest Control or Cleaning industry (but not mandatory).
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
Good skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Customer-oriented, responsible, and able to work with operations teams.

Job Descriptions

Maintain and update service records, chemical usage logs, pest activity records, and monthly reports.
Prepare and send service confirmations and follow-up emails to clients.
Assist in compiling site survey information.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Communicate effectively between customers and the operations team.
Provide service updates, treatment schedules, and follow-ups.
Assist in scheduling pest control and cleaning services.
Arrange manpower assignments in coordination with the operations team.
Monitor technician attendance and site coverage.
Support service teams by sharing customer feedback and operational issues.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Sunday& Public Holidays
